
This is a standalone feature of Windows 10 which is enabled by default. This in any case doesn’t mean that those programs are added to Windows startup folder, scheduler, or whatever. Thus, all you need to do is go to the program’s setting, enable the auto-start option and that’s all.

Click the Startup tab and you'll see a long list of everything that runs when Windows starts. The System Configuration window that opens lets you change which programs run at startup. Press Windows+R to open the Run window, type msconfig and hit Enter.
